Below are links to three collections of GitHub repositories. The first, “Fluid & Sediment Dynamics”, is a general collection of our group’s data and publicly available code and macros. The second collection, the “Mud Flocculation Database”, is a collection of data specifically on the flocculation of mud. The third contains code and build information for optically measuring mud flocs. These collections will be updated and further populated in time.
